SITEDRAIN & AASHTO M 288-06
 |
| |
| drainage products incorporate critical design considerations into a versatile and expanded product line. Specially designed drainage cores that address strength and flow requirements are combined with geotextiles meeting AASHTO M 288-06 survivability classifications for subsurface drainage. This allows design professionals the flexibility to factor in the many site variables that are critical to performance based on specific conditions. When a full system drainage system is not feasible but drainage is required.
| SITEDRAIN Chimney products are single-sided drainage products that are installed vertically in applications where full wall coverage is not practical due to protrusions in the wall surface, such as soil nails. Chimney drains may also be used in select applications where full wall coverage is not required and/or is not cost effective. |
| |
| Chimney drains are constructed by fully wrapping a formed polystyrene core with a nonwoven filter fabric. The filter fabric is securely bonded to prevent soil intrusion into the flow channels while allowing water to freely enter the drain core from one side. |
